Hello, I'm Watson inc! By the way the, "inc." part is not part of an actual company, it's just a little name I made up long ago. Here is some information about me and what I do...

BASIC INFO
I am currently a student studying to be a sound designer for a multitude of media including film, television, more particularly the animated versions of those, and video games, but for the accounts pertaining to the Watson inc. screen name, I will post mainly my hobby things rather than experience/portfolio work. I mainly enjoy creating digital art and user generated content in video games and simulators, but I'll also post memes once in a blue moon. Other things you may see me posting online include railfanning videos, stories, and worldbuilding. Previously, I would also make let's plays on YouTube, but I've since then lost interest in doing that.

NAME
My screen name, Watson inc., is a compound between my last name and incorporated. The 'inc' part goes way back to around 2011 or 2012. I made it some time after I started using Flipnote Hatena, which was an online community for the animation program Flipnote Studio for the Nintendo DSi. I went through a few different usernames during my time there, but I finally landed on Watson inc. as the final one and it's stuck around to today for all my other socials. There was an artist that I looked up to there by the name of "Aurora & Co.", and this name made me think, "what if I could be part of the & Co?", and so I made my username as a sort of 'subsidiary'. Even so, I didn't interact with them much and I doubt they even knew about me, but I didn't mind, I liked the name. This is when I integrated an idea I had of an imaginary company making various inventions including vehicles which I drew, which leads me into the next section.

HISTORY OF WATSON INC.
Before I had social media accounts, I loved to invent. They were usually little trinkets and novelties, such as a prank lightbulb with a scary face decal on top to cast a scary face onto the ceiling when turned on, or a home/consumer particle collider in the shape of a hula hoop made to fit on a living room floor, but I also made some quality of life inventions. I would draw these and create in-depth features to go along with these inventions, making my own line of products I hoped to produce one day. As I started appreciating car design more in the early 2010s, I also bridged out to inventing cars. At first, they were also novel and filled small niches, such as the 'Commuter's Forecast', a modernized version of the Peel P50 made solely for commuting to and from work, or 'I Heard You!', a car that makes setting up a concert easy by having the power and speakers integrated into the car itself (inspired by the Toyota Aygo DJ concept), but over time, I would expand these inventions to broader targets and instead put features inside that I wanted to see in already existing cars. These inventions provided the groundwork for a fictional company I wanted to run to produce them. I was bad at coming up with names so it stayed nameless for a little while until I made up some temporary names.
Once I was on Flipnote Hatena, I shared these inventions and further developed my ideas. My 'products' then included animations and comedy skits. As Flipnote Hatena was nearing its closing time in 2013, I had shown interest in other forms of internet media, mainly let's plays.
This inspired me to then make my own YouTube channel and branch out into making videos on the computer, too, rather than just the DSi. As time went on, I didn't make many let's plays and ended up making a broader array of content, becoming more of just a place to post anything I thought of, not sticking to one particular theme. I also integrated some of my aspirations into the YouTube banner I made, hoping to be a vlogger, railfanner, tutorial maker, and animator. I found railfanning to be one of the easiest forms of video posting because it didn't require much effort or editing, so it takes up the largest percentage of videos on my channel to one particular theme.
Nowadays, video output is much slower, but I still create in other forms of media, mainly fanmade creations in sandbox games and simulators.

EXTRA

Prior to this page's revision in early 2024, when I had originally made this website in 2015, I had information including my real name, city, height, and even weight! I guess I was really enthusiastic to be a star!
